In most people, diabetes can be managed with correct diet and exercise. For others, it can reduce the dosage of the medications and slow down the progression of diabetes.
This program provides individual support along with group classes to hep you learn new skills and build new habits around eating and exercise. It empowers you to be in the driver’s seat to manage your diabetes well.
